Comcast Cable-owned ExerciseTv will premiere a new workout video starring former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert via video on demand a week before its DVD release. BUY DVD HERE!!

The video, 21-Day Red Hot Bikini Body Makeover, will hit home video stores on Aug. 10, but is currently available to 38 million viewrs on ExerciseTv On Demand, according to network officials. The video workout features a combination of cardio, strength and toning moves the former Celebrity Fit Club participant used to lose 30 pounds, according to network officials.

Along with the video, ExerciseTV will Additional free mini workouts and bonus footage.
“If you have ExerciseTV On Demand, your summer workout program starts with Nicole Eggert just by picking up the remote,” points out Chris Mansolillo, President of ExerciseTV. “Like trying on a bikini, Nicole Eggert’s 21-Day Red Hot Bikini Body Makeover can be sampled for free.”

 It’s been a long time since Nicole Eggert slipped into her famous red bikini on “Baywatch” — now the blonde beauty tells ET her slim-down secrets!

Nicole’s figure used to be the envy of women everywhere, but over time some bad habits set in. She tells our Kevin Frazier that she had a reality check on “Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp.”

Most importantly, she knows what counts is on the inside — a message she shares with her daughter Dilyn.

“Luckily my daughter has been with me through it all,” Nicole says. “As long as I’m still that good person, that’s all that matters.”

“Celebrity Fit Club 7: Boot Camp” airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. on VH1.
